Our bright and friendly professional staff will help you at your own pace. ☆ It is a casual course where you can create works in a 60-minute lesson. ☆ A one-day experience that you can choose from the board-making bean plate course and the cat chopstick rest painting course.・Mamezara course for plate making One piece of mamezara with a diameter of about 10 cm is produced. White makeup and iron painting are available.・Cat chopstick rest painting course You can freely paint two cat-shaped unglazed fabrics. ☆The completed work will be handed over about a month to a month and a half after the experience date. ☆If you have any concerns about the work, please feel free to contact us.

[Tokyo/Okachimachi] For stationery lovers! Let's make an original notebook with Japanese paper (Japanese binding), with special tea and Japanese sweets! About 5 minutes walk from the station
Would you like to make your own original washi notebook? Japanese binding is a traditional Japanese bookbinding technique that uses high-quality Japanese paper and linen thread, and has been passed down since the Heian period (794). In the workshop, we will start with ``Japanese paper dyeing'', which involves adding color to Japanese paper to create the cover of a notebook. ①Make the cover of your notebook by coloring Japanese paper. You can either fold the washi paper and dye it in color, or use a paper pattern to dye it. ② Applying the Japanese binding technique, assemble the inside of the notebook (*) and the cover of the notebook with embroidery thread. The size of the notebook is A6 (105 x 148.5 mm). Your one and only Japanese-bound notebook will be completed. At the end, we will serve Japanese sweets along with "Japanese paper tea" that is not available anywhere else! We hope that you will enjoy the beauty and depth of Japanese paper through this workshop. Sharp tools will be used in the workshop. *The contents of the Japanese paper notebook use existing inkjet Japanese paper. The cover is handmade Japanese paper from our shop.
